I really enjoyed my dinner here! The food was amazing and the staff was very friendly. We enjoyed a bottle of wine with our dinner. It is a cute family owned restaurant with food that truly tastes homemade. I would recommend this place to others!

Old school authentic family run Italian with homemade food. I ordered the special pasta of the day and it was delicious, as was the Italian white wine and the lasagne ordered by my friend and his zinfandel. Would go back for sure!

Italian restaurants in North Beach can be tourist traps or authentic jewels. This one is the latter. It is simple, family-run, cozy, with tasty food, and a very friendly staff & owner. We loved the fresh pasta dishes and vegetables antipasti. We will go back.

Very nice staff, friendly and considerate.The food was pretty expensive for italian food.I tried the lasagna. My plate arrived almost cold and not very tasty, I was really disappointed : with this price I expected a better italian than the regular ones, and it was worse.

I was going to rate this a solid 3 stars, but then looked at my other reviews, and decided that this is better than those places - especially for the service and knowledge of the dishes. They're very friendly and accommodating. And like I said, it's a family run place. Give them a try!

This restaurant is a great place to eat! It's a great family style restaurant that is locally owned. The gnocchi was tasty and the tiramisu is to die for! Very smooth and light.

Really nice, family-style, cozy Italian restaurant. Serves include handmade pasta with a selection of different sauces, all of them really recommended. Restaurant is small, so you better call before going there to book a table.

Amazing food each time! Been coming here for the last 4 years and it never disappoints. Fettuccine Alfredo is delicious and my absolute favorite dish here but everything else is great too! The place is small and family run, very welcoming atmosphere. Desserts are yummy too if you have room after all the pasta.

We went for dinner here with friends. We had a great night with excellent food and service. Caters well for gluten free. Nonna is a beautiful and caring person who knows how to add the personal touch to your night out.

Absolutely delicious! We ate here twice on our trip because it was so good. Every dish we tried, we loved. The family is very welcoming and friendly. Best dish we tried was the tortellini is alfredo sauce.

Old school Italian place in North Beach that still best the newer places. The owner can be seen on warmer days out front sipping espresso with a fedora hat. Meal was good in presentation and quality. Servers were fun to chat to brought what ever I needed on time. Parking in area after six is iffy.

Service is friendly, food is good and prices are fine. As usual in San Francisco, parking is always a challenge.

Probably the best Italian food I’ve had outside of Italy. Absolutely delicious with a homely atmosphere. Family owned and operated, the chef being an Italian mom. Homemade pasta, homemade Alfredo sauce with every order, homemade desserts and a whole bunch of other things. Authentic, cute, and very filling. Highly recommend.
